Our Story
IBINADI was founded by Bomo Ruth Avanoma, bringing together more than 13 years of fashion entrepreneurship with postgraduate fashion business education, sustainability knowledge and UK retail experience.
Before establishing IBINADI in the UK, Bomo founded and managed her own fashion business in Nigeria, working across bespoke and ready-to-wear womenswear. Her experience includes fashion business management, collection development, styling, production coordination, supplier management, customer experience and retail.
After more than 13 years in business, Bomo moved to London to undertake a Master’s degree in Fashion Business Management at the University of Westminster. She has since undertaken further specialist study in business sustainability and gained experience within the UK premium womenswear retail sector.
IBINADI brings these perspectives together to offer clients advice that is both informed and practical.

Founder & Creative Director
Bomo leads IBINADI’s fashion business consultancy, creative direction and personal styling services. Her approach combines entrepreneurial experience, commercial understanding and a strong appreciation of individual client needs.
Director & Operations Manager
Rachel supports the operations and development of IBINADI. A trained graphic designer, she also contributes visual design insight to the IBINADI brand and selected creative projects where appropriate. Her background adds a complementary perspective to IBINADI’s work across branding, presentation and creative development.
